Harang will start the opening game of Saturday's double header against the Phillies, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.

Despite Harang's strong outing, he still leads has 14 losses in 22 starts and carries little fantasy value. His next start will come Friday against the Mets.

The 37-year-old had allowed just one run heading into the fifth inning, but allowed five runs, including a grand slam to Ryan Braun, before he was pulled. Harang has now allowed 18 runs in 15 innings over his last three starts and he will look to right the ship in Friday's start against the Marlins.

Harang fell to 5-13 Monday against the Diamondbacks, as he allowed eight runs on 12 hits and a walk over 5.1 innings. He struck out four.

Harang served up two home runs and has now given up 15 in just 20 starts (1.1 HR/9). He has now allowed eight runs twice this season and at least five runs five times. His ERA is up to 4.52 and his WHIP jumped to 1.368.

Harang lasted just five innings in Wednesday's contest, allowing four runs on five walks and seven hits during a 4-3 loss to the Dodgers.

In his second start since returning from the DL, Harang stumbled into an early hole, giving up two singles before serving a homer to Yasiel Puig in the first inning. While the 37-year-old didn't allow another extra base hit, he struggled to get into any kind of rhythm, walking at least one batter every inning except the third. Harang will look to make it through six innings for the first time since returning from the DL when he faces off against the Diamondbacks next week.

Harang (5-11) navigated his way through five innings against the Braves on Thursday, striking out three while giving up nine hits and a walk, but only one run in a winning effort.

He lost nine in a row before landing on the DL, so perhaps the time off served him well. In reality, though, Harang ran into some good luck, with the Braves leaving a small village on base in this game. He should stay on the waiver wire in most leagues.
