House didn't lose his spot as the Indians' fifth starter despite being sent down for the All-Star break, but his job could be in jeopardy pending Danny Salazar's outing on Tuesday. It'd be best for the Indians if Salazar steps up and claims the spot.

Indians manager Terry Francona said Tuesday that T.J. House will remain the team's No. 5 starter for the time being.
"Yes, I told you that the other day," Francona said. "If he wasn't, he wouldn't be here. We're not going to keep a guy if he isn't pitching. We'd go get a reliever." House was just supposed to make a spot start Sunday with Justin Masterson (knee) banged up, but he pitched well and the Tribe will evidently keep him around rather than bring back Zach McAllister.
