This was Jennings' first three-hit game of the season, which is obviously very encouraging. Per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times, Rays manager Kevin Cash said "He looked really good, his at-bats were good, he squared the ball up. It was nice to see. He's going to help us a lot over the next two months." Jennings probably won't be an everyday position due the glut of corner outfielders on the Rays, but he should at least get starts against left-handers in left field, and possibly center field if Kevin Kiermaier needs to sit.
