Tony Abreu smacked a game-winning RBI single in the 14th inning on Saturday night, propelling the Royals to a dramatic 7-6 victory over the Indians.

Abreu went just 1-for-6, but that one hit was the critical blow in the game. The 27-year-old middle infielder is hitting .266/.273/.375 with a homer and 14 RBI in 64 at-bats. He's unlikely to make a fantasy impact in 2013.

He should have considerable fantasy value in NL-only leagues if the Diamondbacks lose Johnson, Stephen Drew or Mark Reynolds to the DL for a spell.
