He played 19 games in the outfield, where he has never played in the majors. The 29-year-old d'Arnaud will likely see time at several positions for the rebuilding Braves. D'Arnaud hit .176 with no RBIs in 17 at-bats for the Philadelphia Phillies last season and is a .210 hitter with seven RBIs in 76 big league games dating back to the 2011 season.
