Cotts was already making his way back from Tommy John surgery, so this is obviously a pretty disappointing blow. The 30-year-old southpaw signed a minor league contract with the Pirates in January. He hasn't thrown a pitch in the majors since last May as a member of the Cubs. | ||||||
