Reds released INF Chris Burke.

Burke, 30, is reportedly considering retirement. He was batting .238/.319/.355 with five homers and 26 RBI over 248 at-bats with Triple-A Louisville before being cut loose over the weekend. He has a .239/.315/.359 batting line over six big league seasons.
