Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper went 3-for-4 at the plate in the opening game of the London Series with his 15th long ball of the season. Harper carries a strong .276/.384/.535 line into Sunday with three stolen bases and 45 RBI. The former two-time MVP struggled through April but has put that behind him with a stellar .313 AVG through May and .333 through the first week of June. The former number-one overall pick has been hitting the ball exceptionally hard, with a 49.4% hard-hit rate and 11.9% barrel rate, which suggests he could have another successful season. Harper should remain in your starting lineup all summer and is considered matchup-proof in DFS.

Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Whit Merrifield went 1-for-4 on Saturday with his third home run of the season. Through 34 games this season, the 35-year-old holds a poor .174/.250/.294 line with six stolen bases. Merrifield has been in a strict utility role through the early part of the season and should be expected to continue to do so throughout the summer. In his past seven games, he has tallied only two hits and is on pace to have the worst season of his career. However, he is still holding an excellent 9.9% K rate. Merrifield is typically a strong batting average stabilizer and option for speed, but he has yet to settle in with his new club. Once he begins to raise his batting average, he could be worth a look in deeper leagues.

Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon stuffed the stat sheet in a 6-5 win over the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday. Blackmon went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, two runs, and a stolen base in the win. The veteran outfielder is now batting .259 with two homers, 28 runs, 25 RBI, and five steals across 193 at-bats in 2024. He has been on a hot streak of late, batting .357 with two steals over his past seven games. Blackmon isn't the fantasy force he once was but he's worth a spot in starting lineups while he's hot.

Cleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez had another productive day at the plate in an 8-0 win over the Miami Marlins on Saturday. Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a walk, a homer, two runs, and one RBI in the winning effort for the Guardians. The veteran infielder kicked off the scoring for Cleveland with a two-out, solo homer in the first inning. The blast traveled 401 feet and had an exit velocity of 101.5 MPH. Ramirez is putting together another MVP-caliber season, hitting .272 with 18 homers, 49 runs, 61 RBI, and nine steals across 246 at-bats. He is in the midst of a hot stretch at the moment, batting .339 with seven homers and 20 RBI over his past 15 contests. He should remain locked into fantasy lineups moving forward.

New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge went yard twice but it wasn't enough in an 11-3 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday. Judge wound up going 2-for-4 with a walk, two homers, two runs, and two RBI in his team's second-straight loss to LA. The veteran outfielder hit a solo shot off Dodgers starting pitcher Gavin Stone in the third inning and then came back in the ninth to swat another solo blast. Judge is off to an excellent start in 2024, hitting .298 with 23 homers, 49 runs, 57 RBI, and five steals across 235 at-bats. He has been white hot at the plate of late, batting .500 with three homers and 12 RBI over his past seven games.

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Teoscar Hernandez had a huge night at the plate in an 11-3 win over the New York Yankees on Saturday. Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a walk, two homers, and six RBI to lead the Dodgers to their second straight win over New York. Hernandez hit a solo homer in the second inning and followed that up with a grand slam in the eighth. The veteran slugger has been hot at the plate lately, batting .328 with four homers and 10 RBI over his past 15 contests. Overall, Hernandez is hitting .262 with 15 homers, 38 runs, 47 RBI, and four steals across 252 at-bats in 2024.

Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte went 2-for-5 with a home run in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Padres. Marte's home run was a two-run shot and 13th of the year, second-most among second basemen. Marte had a 21-game hit streak come to an end in May and subsequently went 2-for-31 (.065) over the next eight games, but has caught fire again, going 11-for-22 (.500) over the last six games with four multi-hit performances which includes three home runs.

Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Chris Bassitt threw eight innings of one-run ball in Friday's 2-1 loss to the Athletics but did not factor into the decision. The veteran allowed just four hits and two walks while striking out seven, but the Jays' offense did not provide enough run support to allow him to pick up the victory despite the stellar showing. Aside from a seven-run hiccup against the Dodgers back on April 26, Bassitt has been rather good this season, allowing three earned runs or less in 10 of 13 starts and two or less in seven of them. The righty now has a 3.80 ERA on the season with a 1.38 WHIP and a 70:28 K:BB in 73 1/3 IP.

San Francisco Giants first baseman Wilmer Flores had a big night in a 5-2 win over the Texas Rangers on Friday. Flores went 2-for-5 with a pair of solo homers in the winning effort. The veteran infielder hit both of his homers off Texas starter Michael Lorenzen, one in the second inning and another in the fourth. Flores is now hitting .224 with four homers, 16 runs, and 21 RBI across 156 at-bats this season. He has done most of his damage of late, hitting .280 with three homers and seven RBI over his past seven contests. Flores is worth a look in deep, NL-only leagues while he is swinging a hot bat.

Minnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two RBI in Thursday's loss versus the New York Yankees. Correa's homer came off Marcus Stroman in the top of the first inning. Correa has been putting together a solid season for the Twins with a .253 batting average to go along with five homers and 24 RBI in 158 at-bats. Correa's not the offensive threat that he was earlier in his career, but he is still doing to help managers in deeper leagues and more importantly has looked healthy. Correa will look keep it up versus Mitch Keller on Friday evening.

New York Yankees closer Clay Holmes continued his impressive season on Thursday versus the Minnesota Twins. Holmes tossed a scoreless ninth inning and allowed one hit with one strikeout to record his 18th save on the season. Holmes has been having a dominant season out of the bullpen for the Yankees and has only allowed four earned runs on the season, all coming in one outing. The right-hander remains one of the best closers in the game and the save opportunities should continue to be there with the Yankees having one of the better teams in the league.

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Teoscar Hernandez had a big night on Thursday, going 3-for-5 with a double and a homer in an 11-7 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Hernandez added three runs and an RBI to round out his line. It was good to see the 31-year-old get back on track in June after going 0-for-13 in his last three games. These streaks tend to happen for Teoscar, but in the end he always seems to end up with a decent average, solid run and RBI totals, and 25-30 homers. He's on pace to do just that again this year, and that makes him a solid fantasy asset.

Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts had a big night at the dish on Thursday, getting on base four times and hitting a big three-run homer to put the game out of reach for the Pittsburgh Pirates in what ended up being an 11-7 victory. Betts went 2-for-4 with a pair of walks, two runs scored, and three RBI to round out a terrific stat line. It was good to see the 31-year-old superstar have a big game, as he has been pretty pedestrian for about a month now. Even the best players go through these kinds of slumps though, and he will likely go on a hot streak soon that makes this stretch seem like a tiny blimp.

San Francisco Giants designated hitter Jorge Soler went 2-for-6 with a home run in Wednesday's 9-3 win over the Diamondbacks. The home run was the slugger's seventh of the season, but surely the Giants were hoping for more after coming off a 2023 season in which he belted 36 home runs with a 15.0% Barrel%. This season the 32-year-old has a 7.7% Barrel%, his lowest number since 2017. Hopefully he's just heating up, though, as the former All-Star is 7-for-20 (.350) with just one strikeout over his last five games.

San Diego Padres third baseman Manny Machado (hip) is day-to-day with what the club believes is a mild strain of an upper hip flexor. Machado sustained the injury while running to first base to try and beat out a double play in the fourth inning on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Angels, but he appears to have come away with a minor issue. It's still reasonable to expect him to sit out Thursday's series opener against the division-rival Arizona Diamondbacks, though. The 31-year-old All-Star infielder has picked it up at the plate lately following a slow start to the season, batting .322 with one home run and nine RBI over his last 17 games. For any games Machado may need to miss, Donovan Solano and Tyler Wade would likely form a platoon for at-bats at the hot corner.

Texas Rangers starting pitcher Jose Urena dominated the visiting Detroit Tigers in Wednesday's victory, throwing six innings of one-hit ball (one home run) with one walk and six strikeouts for his second win of the year. Urena had a bid for a perfect game going through five innings, but Tigers outfielder Justyn-Henry Malloy homered on a fly ball to left-center field to end that. The 32-year-old journeyman right-hander has provided a stabilizing presence and found a home in Texas' injury-ruined rotation in 2024, posting a career-best 3.44 ERA alongside a 1.20 WHIP with 37 punchouts and 17 walks over 52 1/3 innings (six starts) for the Rangers. With that said, Urena will not be a recommended fantasy start in his next slated appearance against the first-place Los Angeles Dodgers at Chavez Ravine next Wednesday.

New York Yankees starting pitcher Carlos Rodon flirted with a no-hitter in Wednesday's victory over the visiting Minnesota Twins, fanning nine batters through six strong innings of work for his eighth win of the season. Rodon carried a no-hit bid through five frames on Wednesday, but the Twins were able to put two runs on the board in the sixth before his night ended. The 31-year-old southpaw has given up more than three runs just one time out of 13 appearances for the Yankees in his second season in the Bronx, delivering a steady 3.08 ERA, 1.08 WHIP, and 71:20 K:BB over 73 innings. Rodon looks for continued success in his next scheduled start on Monday on the road against the Kansas City Royals.

Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola was in top form Wednesday, blanking the Brewers over seven superb innings in a 2-0 win. Nola allowed just two hits, struck out five, and walked none, lowering his season ERA to 2.77. After driving fantasy managers mad in 2023 with inconsistency, Nola has reminded everyone why the Phillies invested in him last offseason, allowing two runs or less in his previous five starts and only allowing more than three runs twice in 13 trips to the mound this season. Nola is a must-start in all formats; with his next outing scheduled at Fenway Park against the Red Sox, Nola should be confidently penciled into all fantasy lineups.

Chicago Cubs closer Hector Neris picked up his eighth save of the season in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox. Neris came in to pitch the top of the ninth inning up by one. He got the first out on a line-out, walked a batter, allowed a stolen base but then picked the runner off, and ended the game with a pop-out. The 34-year-old veteran did not enter the season as the team's closer but has converted all but two opportunities with a 2.86 ERA, a 7.36 K/9 rate, and a 6.55 BB/9 rate. Neris is worth rostering in all roto leagues at least given his current role, but his strikeouts have taken a dip and his walks have spiked. Fantasy managers should be wary of these trends potentially hurting him at some point, but he is a useful fantasy option for now.

Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Max Fried continued to impress in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Red Sox. Fried pitched seven innings, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits (including a solo home run) and a walk with a season-high 13 strikeouts. He also hit a batter. The 30-year-old struggled in his first two starts of the season but has looked like himself since and is now 6-2 with a 3.05 ERA, an 8.19 K/9 rate, and a 2.69 BB/9 rate in 12 starts and 73 2/3 IP. He will have a good opportunity to turn in more gaudy stats in his next scheduled start at the Nationals.
