Mon Mar 4 201308:21Report: Several teams inquiring on Eddy Curry
According to Alex Kennedy of Hoopsworld, "several NBA teams have inquired about Eddy Curry."
This could just be lip service on behalf of Curry, as we've seen these reports come up repeatedly and have very little substance previously. The fact of the matter is Curry looked absolutely terrible when he played for Dallas earlier this season, and although he averaged a double-double in China, Shavlik Randolph also averaged a double-double this season and Tracy McGrady was putting up LeBron James-like numbers in the CBA. Needless to say, the competition isn't quite the same as it is stateside in the NBA.

Tue Dec 4 201218:47Eddy Curry signs w/ Zhejiang in China
Eddy Curry has reportedly signed with the Zhejiang Golden Bulls in China.
Curry managed to play a few productive games for the short-handed Mavericks this season, showcasing enough talent to earn a payday overseas.

Tue Nov 20 201218:06Eddy Curry drawing interest from teams
Multiple NBA teams are interested in signing Eddy Curry, according to Hoopsworld.
Curry essentially lost his job to Troy Murphy in Dallas, so it's hard to imagine a team with a bigger need in the frontcourt than Dallas would require his services. He is also drawing interest from China, which seems like a more likely scenario.

Fri Nov 2 201218:48Mavericks waive Eddy Curry
Mavericks waive C Eddy Curry on Friday.
This will clear the way for Troy Murphy's return to NBA action, but even though Dallas assistant Jim O'Brien is excited by the move, we're not expecting much out of Murphy this season.

Fri Nov 2 201211:07Report: Troy Murphy in, Eddy Curry out in DAL
The Mavericks plain to waive Eddy Curry to clear a roster spot for Troy Murphy, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.
There had been speculation the team could cut Dominique Jones, but the Mavs will move on from Curry after his two-game tenure with the team. He scored a total of nine points and grabbed four rebounds in 25 minutes of action.

Wed Oct 31 201201:43Eddy Curry goes for 7 & 4 off bench
Eddy Curry came off the bench for seven points and four rebounds in 17 minutes on Tuesday.
There were rumors he would start, but Brandan Wright got the noc in this one. Even when Curry was in his prime he didn't offer a lot of fantasy value, so we're not too excited about the fact he's back in action.

Mon Oct 29 201210:38Eddy Curry to start if Chris Kaman can't go
Eddy Curry will start at center for the Mavericks on opening night if Chris Kaman (calf) can't play.
Curry would be tasked with handling a frontcourt that includes Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol in the season opener with Kaman shelved, and the Mavs are already without Dirk Nowitzki (knee surgery) to begin the year. Dallas is wasting no time throwing Curry right into the fire.

Sat Oct 27 201201:37Eddy Curry starts, makes impact for Mavs
Eddy Curry started at center just one day after joining the Mavs and had 11 points, seven rebounds and three blocks on Friday.
With Dirk Nowitzki and Chris Kaman injured, and Elton Brand getting the night off to rest, Curry gave the Mavs a glimpse of what he might still be capable of. While this could be a nice comeback story if he can keep it together and help the Mavs win games, we see no reason to own Curry unless you're in a 30-team league.

Fri Oct 26 201212:18Eddy Curry to start in Mavs debut on Friday
Eddy Curry will start on Friday for his debut with the Mavericks.
Nothing like getting tossed right into the fire. The Mavs want to know what they have in Curry with Chris Kaman (calf) and Brandan Wright (ankle) ailing, so the team will test him right away.

Thu Oct 25 201218:19Eddy Curry in, Delonte West out for Mavs
The Mavericks are said to be putting in a waivers claim on Eddy Curry and will then waive or trade Delonte West, who is suspended from the team again.
Chris Kaman (calf) is iffy for the opener and Dirk Nowitzki is out (knee surgery), so the Mavs could use another big man. West has worn out his welcome in Dallas and is about to be cut, and it really doesn't matter who Curry signs with - he'll have no fantasy value.

Tue Oct 23 201215:16Spurs waive Eddy Curry
Spurs waive Eddy Curry.
Curry was surprisingly effective for the Spurs this preseason, and there was some thought that he'd make the team, but it wasn't to be. We expect him to resume searching for a spot at the end of an NBA bench.

Sun Oct 21 201210:57Spurs down to E. Curry or D. Williams
The Spurs are deciding whether to keep Eddy Curry or former Bobcats F Derrick Brown with their final roster spot.
"Eddy lost 20 pounds to come to camp, and he's played through being tired, which has always been a bugaboo for him in the past," said Gregg Popovich, who doesn't praise players without cause. "He's worked very hard, and he's done a lot of good things." Curry has been surprisingly good this preseason and seems likely to beat out Brown, Josh Powell and Wesley Witherspoon.

Sun Oct 14 201218:58Eddy Curry solid again off Spurs bench
Eddy Curry looked good in 19 minutes off the Spurs bench on Sunday, making all five of his shots to finish with 10 points, three rebounds, two steals, two blocks and zero turnovers.
For once there's no punchline. Curry's ability to defend remains seriously in doubt, but he's a bulldozer in the low post and if there's one coach who can whip him into shape, it's Gregg Popovich. The Spurs have one roster spot remaining, and it's possible they'll keep Curry on board.

Wed Oct 10 201223:22Eddy Curry plays well with San Antonio
Eddy Curry was effective on Wednesday with 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting while pulling down eight boards in 25 minutes.
Curry has never really been able to put it together and perhaps Pop can get him in line. Obviously, Curry needs a lot more than 25 minutes of encouraging evidence to warrant a pick in fantasy drafts.

Mon Oct 1 201213:07Eddy Curry set to attend camp with Spurs
Eddy Curry will be in training camp with the Spurs.
Curry got his first championship ring with the Heat last season, but he generated no interest on the open market outside of a workout with the Nets. It would be quite entertaining to see Curry and Gregg Popovich endure an entire season together, but Curry will really have to show something special in camp to stick.

Wed Aug 29 201213:00Nets working out Eddy Curry, Hilton Armstrong
The Nets are working out Eddy Curry and Hilton Armstrong on Wednesday.
Brooklyn is looking to add a veteran center and small forward, but both Curry and Armstrong are likely vying for a training camp invite. Even if one winds up on the roster, neither will sniff fantasy value.

Thu May 24 201219:59Eddy Curry active for first time in playoffs
Eddy Curry is active and available for the Heat on Thursday night.
Of course, with Chris Bosh (ab strain), Udonis Haslem (suspension) and Dexter Pittman (suspension) all out tonight, the Heat will be desperate for big bodies. However, that doesn't mean Curry is guaranteed to play tonight. He last saw action on April 26, when he started the season finale for the Heat.

Fri Apr 27 201203:21Curry starts and scores 10 points in finale
Eddy Curry started in Thursday's season finale against the Wizards, scoring 10 points on 3-of-7 shooting with four rebounds and a block in 24 minutes.
That should tell you about how this night went for the Heat. Mario Chalmers played 17 minutes and scored eight points with two assists and no threes, Mike Miller had eight points and one three, Udonis Haslem went for six and four with a steal and block, Shane Battier hit one trey for three points with three steals, and Norris Cole added 14 points off the bench in the 34-point loss.

Sun Mar 18 201222:32Eddy Curry (personal) returns to Heat
Eddy Curry (personal) has returned to the Heat.
Curry isn't part of Miami's rotation, and most owners probably didn't even know he was gone.
