Rommie Lewis has elected free agency.
Lewis was outrighted off the 40-man roster recently but declined an assignment to Triple-A. Given his 7.07 ERA over the last two seasons at Triple-A, there probably won't be too many teams lining up to sign him, but the 29-year-old could be added as organizational depth somewhere.
