Marimon was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday.
He's been effective as a starter in Triple-A, carrying a 3.60 ERA with a 1.29 WHIP in eight starts (nine appearances). In one stint with the Braves in April, he struggled, giving up five earned runs in 7.1 innings and holding a 1.64 WHIP. Marimon should fight for innings in the fledgling Braves bullpen, but his lack of punch-outs gives him limited fantasy value.
