Parkey, who suffered a leg injury during warmups before Sunday's win over the Jets, will be replaced by former Miami kicker, Caleb Sturgis.

Parkey set the NFL rookie scoring record last season, but has been hampered by a groin injury since the preseason this year, contributing toward missed field goals and short kickoffs. With him aggravating that ailment Sunday, the Eagles will reportedly try out veteran kickers this week, suggesting Parkey could be sidelined moving forward. While an official diagnosis hasn't surfaced yet, Parkey's situation should be updated shortly.

Parkey made a 46-yard field goal and converted his only extra point attempt in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Cowboys.

After a shaky first week, Parkey redeemed himself with a 46-yard kick in the fourth quarter, albeit with the stakes extremely low in Dallas's romp over the Eagles. Without any kind of offensive consistency from head coach Chip Kelly's offense, Parkey's chances at points are very limited right now. He didn't kick the ball once between the opening kickoff and the fourth-quarter field goal.

Parkey missed one of two field goal attempts and made all three extra point attempts in Monday's 26-24 loss to the Falcons.

While the missed 44-yarder was from a reasonable distance, Parkey's second field goal attempt of the evening was rushed by indecisiveness from head coach Chip Kelly. Parkey was a little shaky during the preseason, but this miss is better attributed to a rushed attempt in a late-game situation.

Missing two make-able kicks (33 and 34 yards, respectively) was confusing for the Pro Bowl kicker. But head coach Chip Kelly wasn't concerned with his second-year kicker's performance, saying people shouldn't "press the panic button" after the game and assuring reporters that he wouldn't be looking around for competition to push Parkey in the coming weeks.

You can do the math: two missed field goals in a three-point loss means a lot of the blame will fall on the kicker. Parker narrowly missed a 34-yarder wide right in the third quarter, then sliced a 46-yard attempt on Philadelphia's next possession. He now has made just three field goals in three December games.

Though Parkey recorded just two points in Week 14, he's been a solid fantasy option overall this season, having racked up 125 points in 13 games, while hitting 27-of-29 of his field goal attempts.

Parkey continues to put up big numbers on a weekly basis, going without a field goal attempt just once this season. He has also scored seven or more total points in all but one game, making him a prime kicker candidate for the remainder of the season. He and the Eagles head to Green Bay in Week 11 for what could be another shootout.

Parkey heads into Week 4 having made 8-of-9 field goals and 11-of-11 extra points.

Two of Parkey's made field goals were from 51 yards, too, which is a nice bonus in leagues where scoring accounts for field goal distance. As long as he remains accurate, Parkey should stay valuable as the kicker in Chip Kelly's offense.

Parkey enters Monday night's game against the Colts with 10 points from just one appearance so far this season.

Parkey went two-for-two, converting from 51 and 28 yards, in his season debut last weekend versus the Jaguars. Recently appointed the Eagles' kicker, Parkey will look to build on his point total in what could be a high-scoring affair Monday night in Indianapolis.
