Over 20.0 innings pitched at Triple-A this season, West had a 1-1 record with an ERA of 7.20 in the Pacific Coast League, which is notoriously hard on pitchers.

West has been optioned back to Triple-A Oklahoma, Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times reports.
