Bichette, 22, went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI for Double-A Trenton on Friday.

Bichette's name perhaps made initial expectations unfair, though he had a decent 2014 campaign. The 22-year-old hit .264/.345/.397 with 10 home runs and 68 RBI in 127 games between High-A and Double-A. An uptick in power would serve him well in terms of future fantasy prospects, though it remains to be seen if he can actually become a legitimate power threat.

Bichette Jr. was promoted to Double-A Trenton on Wednesday.

Although he doesn't boast the power of his slugging father, Dante Bichette, his namesake finished a stint at High-A Tampa with a .271/.352/.410 line, nine home runs, and 27 doubles in 402 at-bats. Nonetheless, the 21-year-old third baseman's patient eye at the plate (10.9 percent walk rate versus 19.6 percent strikeout rate) should serve him well as he continues his march through the minors.
