Updating a previous report, it was Ramon Ramirez, not Elvin, who was injured during the celebration of Johan Santana's no-hitter on Friday.

Thu May 31 201214:22Mets to promote Ramirez, activate Thole Fri.
According to ESPN New York's Adam Rubin, the Mets will activate Josh Thole (concussion) from the disabled list and promote Elvin Ramirez from Triple-A on Friday.
Corresponding roster moves have not yet been announced. Thole has been cleared to return to the Mets and caught a full game on the farm Thursday. Ramirez has been lights-out in Buffalo this season and the Mets hope he can continue that success in a middle relief role. The 25-year-old right-hander was selected by the Nationals from the Mets in 2010's Rule 5 Draft with the sixth pick and returned in October after missing all of last season rehabbing from shoulder surgery. Over 14 2/3 innings at Triple-A, he hasn't allowed a run, has given up only five hits and has posted a ridiculous 19/1 K/BB rate.
