White Sox sent RHP Freddy Dolsi outright to Triple-A Charlotte.

This move clears a spot on the 40-man roster. Dolsi, 28, was claimed off waivers from the Tigers in December of 2009 and spent the entire 2010 season at the minor league level. He has an 8.24 ERA and 13/4 K/BB ratio over his first 19 2/3 innings with the Knights this season.
