Parrino was outrighted to Triple-A Nashville on Monday.

After being designated for assignment on Friday, Parrino cleared waivers and will head back to Triple-A. With the A's, he went 0-for-6 while appearing in 17 games. He was hitting .271 in 39 games for Triple-A Nashville this season.
