Perry added two tackles and a half sack to his ledger before leaving the game. The severity of his injury could emerge in the aftermath of the contest, but Wednesday's injury report will ultimately give a good indication of his level of health.

Perry tallied two sacks in Sunday's victory over the 49ers.

Perry is working mainly in a reserve role this season, but that has not stopped him from racking up three sacks through the Packers' first four games. That total matches what he posted in 15 games in 2014 and is just one off his career high of 4.0 sacks, set in 2013.
