Treanor was placed on MLB's new 7-day disabled list after suffering a concussion in a collision with Indians' first baseman Matt LaPorta on July 30. "It's not up to us," said Royals manager Ned Yost. He came back yesterday and only flunked two of the 10. Until you get 10 for 10, they're not going to OK you for any type of playing." Yost believes it will be another five days before the veteran backstop is tested again.
