Quiroz signed a minor league deal with the Giants on Saturday, Baseball America's Matt Eddy reports.

Quiroz does not bring much to the table offensively, hitting .267 with three home runs in 252 plate appearances at Triple-A Fresno last season. He will offer organizational depth at catcher, but with Buster Posey and Andrew Susac firmly entrenched at the big league level, Quiroz could very easily spend most of 2015 in the minors.
