Streater is inactive Sunday against the Browns.
All signs point to a healthy scratch for Streater, which will be the case for the second straight week. He was used sparingly Week 1, but doesn't appear to have a significant role with the offense moving forward.

Streater is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Ravens.
The Raiders will keep just four wide receivers on the active roster Sunday, relegating Streater to street clothes after picking up 15 percent of the offensive snaps in Week 1. His lack of usage makes him difficult to consider, even in the deepest of leagues.

Streater caught his only target for eight yards in Sunday's Week 1 opener against the Bengals.
Streater was expected to be the No. 3 wide receiver for the Raiders, but he seemed to take a back seat to Seth Roberts who played a lot more and received five more targets than him. The fourth-year pass-catcher battled a handful of injuries over the last couple of seasons but is finally at full strength in 2015. Based on his very limited production in Week 1, it looks as if Streater will hold very little fantasy value unless the Raiders were to experience any injuries at his position.

Streater caught one pass for six yards in Saturday's 20-12 preseason loss to the Vikings.
Saturday's game marked Streater's first live action since a broken foot ended his 2014 season back in September of last year. Although he hauled in just one of only two targets in limited action, it was great to see the fourth year receiver back on the field after and undisclosed illness kept him out of the opening weeks of training camp. Streater caught 60 passes for 888 yards and four touchdowns back in 2013 and if he can find a way to stay healthy, he'll have a good shot at securing the No.3 receiver position behind sure starters Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree.

Coach Jack Del Rio was happy with the way Streater looked on the field in his return to practice on Sunday, the San Jose Mercury News reports. "He looks good. He looks fresh," Del Rio said of the wideout, who missed time due to an undisclosed illness. "He passed the conditioning test and got himself ready to go. It's good to see him back out there."
Per the report, Streater saw some work with the Raiders' first-team offense on Sunday, but spent more time with the second unit. Assuming Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree remain healthy, they are in line to start at wideout for the Raiders, but now that he's back in action, Streater has a good chance to claim the team's No. 3 wideout job.

Streater (unspecified issue) returned to practice Sunday.
Streater, who had been on the Raiders' Non-Football Illness list, will thus look to re-establish his role in the team's offense, where he presumably slots behind fellow wideouts Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper. In Streater's absence, Kenbrell Thompkins and Andre Holmes saw added opportunities, but as long as Streater is past his injury/illness woes, look for him to emerge as the team's No. 3 wideout.

Streater remains on the Raiders' Non-Football Illness list.
With Streater still sidelined, Kenbrell Thompkins and Andre Holmes have been seeing extra reps behind the team's listed starters at wideout, Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper. Per csnbayarea.com, Streater has been working with trainers on the side over the past few days, but at this stage there is still no concrete timetable for the wideout's return, with coach Jack Del Rio having reportedly expressed concern that the Raiders still don't have a firm handle (at this stage) as to exactly what's ailing Streater.
Fri Jul 31 201515:13Streater (foot) placed on active/non-football injury list Friday
Streater (foot) was placed on the active/non-football injury list Friday, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Streater was said to be fully recovered from last season's broken foot, so it's possible this is an unrelated issue, or else he may have just failed a conditioning test. Either way, Streater hopes to eventually compete with Michael Crabtree for the starting spot across from Amari Cooper, who will likely be Derek Carr's go-to guy this season. If nothing else, Streater should have a leg up on Andre Holmes, Kenbrell Thompkins and Brice Butler for the No. 3 receiver role.
Thu Jul 30 201512:44As training camp opens
As training camp opens, Streater is said to be 100 percent healthy after missing most of the 2014 season with a fractured foot, csnbayarea.com reports.
While the report suggests that Streater "could steal a starting spot," at this stage Michael Crabtree is the favorite to secure a starting wideout gig (in two-receiver sets) for the Raiders opposite highly-touted rookie Amari Cooper. In 2013 -- his last full season -- Streater displayed some promise in the Oakland offense, catching 60 passes for 888 yards and four TDs.

Streater (foot) has signed his restricted free agent tender with the Raiders, CSNBayArea.com reports.
Now under contract for the 2015 season, Streater will look to re-prove his health after missing the Raiders' last 13 games in 2014 due to a foot injury. With that in mind, Streater is reportedly in good shape shape at this stage, thus making him a potential bounce-back candidate after catching just nine passes for 84 yards and a TD in three games this past season. As it stands now, Streater -- who recorded 60 catches for 888 yards and four TDs in 2013 -- is in line to jostle for depth chart slotting this summer with the likes of James Jones, Andre Holmes and Kenbrell Thompkins, though it seems quite possible that the Raiders will invest their first-round draft pick on a top young wideout such as Kevin White or Amari Cooper.
Fri Dec 12 201416:07Rod Streater: (Foot) Will Not Return This Season
Streater (foot) will not return this season, CSNBayArea.com reports.
Renewed soreness in Streater's surgically-repaired foot kept the third-year wideout off the practice field for a third straight day Friday, effectively eliminating any hope he had of being activated off short-term IR on Monday. The Raiders' leading receiver from a year ago, Streater caught nine passes on 13 targets for 84 yards and a touchdown to begin 2014 before suffering the fracture in Week 3. Despite the lost season, the Raiders are expected to offer a contract tender to Streater, who will be a restricted free agent at the end of the year.

Raiders interim coach Tony Sparano admitted Thursday that there is "concern" that Streater (foot) will not make it back this season, CSNBayArea.com reports.
Monday marks the end of the Raiders' 21-day window to decide whether to activate Streater off short-term IR or move him to season-ending IR. According to Sparano, Streater is dealing with some renewed soreness in his surgically-repaired foot, which kept him off the practice field both Wednesday and Thursday. Streater had previously expressed confidence that he would return this season, but it's looking unlikely in light of his setback.
Mon Nov 24 201415:49Streater (foot
Streater (foot, IR/Designated for Return) returned to practice Monday, ibabuzz.com reports.
The Raiders have a 21-day window in which to decide whether to add Streater to their active roster, but given that the report relays that the wideout showed no visible lingering effects from his injury, his eventual activation seems likely sooner rather than later. For those with deep benches seeking to add wideout depth, he's worth a look, otherwise a wait-and-see approach is in order until Streater re-establishes his role in the Oakland passing offense.

Streater (foot) said earlier in the week that he is confident he will play again this season, Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times reports.
Streater has been ramping up his on-field activities in recent weeks and said that he can now run and cut without pain or worry, but he still has some limitations and remains without a target date for his return. The 26-year-old was a candidate to emerge as the Raiders' No. 1 wideout coming into the year, but it's not a certainty Streater makes it back for the final couple weeks and even if he does, it's hard to imagine he'll make a significant fantasy impact.

The Raiders have placed Streater (foot) on the IR/ Designated for Return list, the team's official site reports.
Per the report, Streater will be eligible to return to practice in as soon as six weeks and eligible to return to the team's active roster in eight weeks (Nov. 27). The wideout could thus return in time for the fantasy stretch run, but until then, James Jones and Andre Holmes are in line to head the Raiders' wideout corps.
Thu Oct 2 201411:03Streater underwent successful foot surgery and targeting Nov
Streater underwent successful foot surgery and is targeting a Nov. 9 return, Bill Williamson of ESPN.com reports.
Streater was originally hoping to return sometime in October, but his absence will now extend into next month. Just how many games in November he sits out will be determined by his recovery, but he will miss at least four more games following the Raiders' Week 5 bye.

Streater's agent indicated that the wideout needs minor surgery and is hoping to return to action in 4-5 weeks, according to ESPN's Bill Williamson. Streater suffered a fractured foot in Week 3's loss to the Patriots.
Based on the report, it appears as though Streater has avoided a major foot injury, though such a timetable hasn't been confirmed by the Raiders and the receiver is still sidelined indefinitely. In his absence, Andre Holmes and Denarius Moore figure to see added opportunities in the Raiders' passing attack in the coming weeks.
Sun Sep 21 201416:21Rod Streater: Suffers Fractured Foot
Streater suffered a fractured foot in Sunday's loss to the Patriots, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
For a team short on receiving talent to begin with, Streater's injury could be crippling. He'll almost certainly miss multiple weeks as a result of the injury, robbing rookie Derek Carr of a vital target. With Streater out of the picture, opportunity knocks for James Jones, Andre Holmes and Denarius Moore to see more involvement in the passing game.

Streater (foot) was spotted with crutches on the sideline during Sunday's game against the Patriots and appears done for the day, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
It's possible the Raiders just had Streater use the crutches in an attempt to protect the foot from further aggravation, but the extent of the injury remains unknown at this juncture. The Raiders should offer further clarification on Streater's condition after the game. He caught three passes for 32 yards before exiting.
Sun Sep 21 201413:58Streater left Sunday's game against Patriots with foot injury
Streater left Sunday's game against the Patriots with a foot injury.
Streater's return is considered questionable. Prior to exiting the contest, Streater caught three passes for 32 yards.
