The 29-year-old southpaw posted a 4.63 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 107/53 K/BB ratio over 122 1/3 innings between the rotation and bullpen for Triple-A Buffalo in 2012. He'll add organizational depth and attempt to make the A's roster as a left-handed reliever.
