Sat Nov 30 201311:27Juan Rincon drawing interest from MLB teams
Chris Cotillo of MLB Daily Dish reports that Juan Rincon is drawing interest from MLB teams and intends to pitch in 2014.
The 34-year-old right-hander hasn't appeared in the majors since a two-inning stint with the Rockies during the 2010 season. He spent 2013 in the Independent League, where he posted a 3.26 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 43/19 K/BB ratio over 47 innings. He'll undoubtedly have to settle for a minor league deal and spring training invite, but represents a nice low-risk signing.
