An expected move. Ryal, who turns 28 in March, batted .263/.318/.402 with six home runs and 20 RBI in 266 plate appearances with the Diamondbacks over the past two seasons, functioning as a utility player. Ryal's father, Mark, played in Japan with the Chunichi Dragons in 1991 and 1992.
