Cardinals outrighted LHP Tyler Norrick to High-A Palm Beach.

He was cleared in anticipation of Jeff Suppan's addition to the 40-man roster, possibly as early as Saturday. Norrick, 27, has a 7.71 ERA over 13 relief appearances between Triple-A Memphis and High-A Palm Beach this season.
