Green had six catches on eight targets for 78 yards Sunday against Seattle.
Tight end Tyler Eifert was the big receiving target for quarterback Andy Dalton on Sunday, catching eight passes on 12 targets for 90 yards and two touchdowns, with Green finishing with the same number of targets as Marvin Jones and Giovani Bernard. Aside from his 10-catch, 227-yard, two-touchdown performance in Week 3 against Baltimore, Green has failed to reach the 85-yard mark this season while scoring only one other touchdown. Up next is a trip to Buffalo in Week 6 before the Bengals' Week 7 bye.

Green caught seven of his 10 targets for 82 yards in Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
The star receiver had five catches for 71 yards on the Bengals' first two drives, but was held to a pair of short catches the rest of the way. Green's final numbers were slightly underwhelming given his hot start, but he still finished with his second-best catch and yardage totals of the season. Cincinnati will draw a tough home matchup with the Seahawks in Week 5.

Green caught 10 passes for a career-high 227 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's game against the Ravens.
In a back-and-forth affair, Green's playmaking skills were on full display, as he broke loose for an 80-yard touchdown and the game-winning seven-yard score both in the fourth quarter. It was the first big game of 2015 for the 27-year-old after a pair of relatively quiet outings, but he stands to benefit from the stellar start to the season by Andy Dalton, who has eight touchdowns and just one interception through three games. Green showed on Sunday why he should still be considered one of the elite fantasy wideouts, and he will square off with a Chiefs secondary in Week 4 that ranks dead last in fantasy points allowed to the position.

Green (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Green's full participation in practices Wednesday and Thursday never put his status in much peril for the Week 3 matchup. He should be one of the top-tier plays in both daily and season-long formats this week, after top Raiders wideout Amari Cooper had a huge game against the Baltimore secondary in Week 2.

Green (knee) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Green practiced fully both Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday's practice, leaving little doubt that he will be available to play in this weekend's divisional matchup.
Thu Sep 24 201515:41Green (knee) practiced fully Thursday
Green (knee) practiced fully Thursday.
Upon the release of Friday's injury report, look for Green to be listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, but at this point there is little doubt that the Bengals' top wideout will be available this weekend.
Thu Sep 24 201511:44A.J. Green: Back on the Field Thursday
Green (knee) was present for practice Thursday, ESPN's Coley Harvey reports.
While Green's level of practice participation won't be quantified until the Bengals release their Thursday injury report, the wideout's presence on the field bodes well for his prospects of being available Sunday against the Ravens.
Wed Sep 23 201517:12Green sat out Wednesday's practice with knee issue
Green sat out Wednesday's practice with a knee issue, ESPN.com reports.
Per the report, though Green was sporting "some type of compression material over his left knee," the wideout didn't seem to be favoring said knee, which suggests that his absence Wednesday may have been precautionary in nature. In any case, we'll revisit Green's status no later than Thursday, when the Bengals resume practice.

Though Green sat out Wednesday's practice with an unspecified issue, the Bengals' official site relays that "early indications were it won't keep (Green) out" of Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Green -- who sported a sleeve on his knee -- didn't work on the Bengals' rehab field Wednesday, instead staying with the team's wideouts early on in practice, which the report suggests is "another clue (Green's issue is) not major."
Wed Sep 23 201513:18Green (unspecified reason) not spotted at practice Wednesday
Green (unspecified reason) was not spotted at practice Wednesday, ESPN's Coley Harvey reports.
The report suggests that the receiver may possibly be getting a veteran's day off, though confirmation of such a notion, either way, will arrive once the Bengals' initial Week 3 injury report is revealed.

Green nabbed three passes off of four targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over San Diego.
Green skied in the back of the end zone for a 16-yard touchdown early in the first quarter, but was relatively quiet for the remainder of the game. Green's new contract depicts him as the star in Cincinnati, but he trails tight end Tyler Eifert in targets through two weeks, 17 to 12. Expect Green to eventually return to his role as Andy Dalton's go-to receiver, but keep in mind that the Bengals are no longer a one-man show through the air.

Green notched five receptions on eight targets for 63 yards in Sunday's 33-13 win over the Raiders.
Green had a solid opening performance, but his role in the Bengals' red-zone offense may be worth keeping an eye on as Andy Dalton found tight end Tyler Eifert for two touchdowns at close range. After consistently being the go-to guy near the end zone, Green may have some more competition for touchdowns, but should remain Dalton's favorite target game to game.
Fri Sep 11 201514:20Green has signed four-year
Green has signed a four-year, $60 million contract extension with the Bengals, The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Green's long-term extension comes just an hour before the Bengals' deadline to complete such a deal, allowing the wideout to head into Week 1 with no distractions from his contract situation. Since being drafted fourth overall in 2011, Green has made the Pro Bowl in every season, compiling 329 catches for 4,874 yards and 35 touchdowns. In doing so, the 27-year-old has emerged as one of the NFL's premier players at his position and this weekend's season-opening matchup at the Raiders presents an excellent opportunity for Green to continue to impress.

Green caught two passes (four targets) for 24 yards in Monday's preseason game against the Buccaneers.
Cincinnati's first-team offense played the entire first half, producing three turnovers and only three points. The first turnover came on a bad drop by Green, who let a ball slip through his hands for a pick-six by Bucs CB Alterraun Verner. Green and Andy Dalton do seem to have an unusual number of mix-ups, but flat-out drops haven't typically been the problem. Even with Jeremy Hill and Tyler Eifert potentially taking on more touches, Green should stay plenty busy this season.
Sat Aug 15 201520:02Green caught only target for 16-yard gain in Friday's preseason ...
Green caught his only target for a 16-yard gain in Friday's preseason opener against the Giants.
Green and Andy Dalton only played six snaps, with the Bengals taking advantage of a short field to score a touchdown on their opening drive. Coming off a 69-1,041-6 receiving line in an injury-plagued, 13-game season, Green has enjoyed a healthy training camp so far. The return of Tyler Eifert and Marvin Jones shouldn't hurt Green's production, as Dalton has never hesitated to pepper his best receiver with targets.
Wed Jun 17 201518:42Green has looked sharp in OTAs
Green has looked sharp in OTAs, the Bengals' official site reports.
Despite the fact that Green was slowed last season by three different injuries -- including a concussion that kept him out of the team's Wild Card Game -- the wideout managed to rack up 69 catches for 1,041 yards and six TDs in 13 regular season contests. Thus the important thing to glean from this nugget is that assuming no injury setbacks, the Bengals' top wideout is poised to approach next month's training camp in good health.
Sat Jan 3 201515:54A.J. Green: Officially Out Sunday
Green (concussion) is officially listed as out for Sunday's playoff game against the Colts, Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Without Andy Dalton's favorite target in the lineup, the likes of fellow wideouts Mohamed Sanu and Brandon Tate, as well as tight end Jermaine Gresham, if he's able to suit up, will be in line for added targets Sunday.
Fri Jan 2 201514:05A.J. Green: Doubtful for Sunday
Green (concussion) is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's playoff game against the Colts, ESPN.com reports.
Green, who was held out of practice Friday, remains under the NFL's concussion protocol, and while his outlook for Sunday's game could potentially brighten over the next day or two, the doubtful designation suggests that's not a likely scenario. If Green misses Sunday's game, the likes of fellow wideouts Mohamed Sanu and Brandon Tate, as well as tight end Jermaine Gresham, health permitting, would be in line for added targets Sunday.
Fri Jan 2 201511:20A.J. Green: (Concussion) Not Practicing Friday
Green (concussion) is not practicing Friday, Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
After logging a partial practice Thursday, Green was seen in street clothes at Friday morning's session. He was scheduled to meet with a neurologist prior to the practice, and a final designation will come Friday afternoon. In light of his non-participation Friday, Green will likely be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts. He's still in the NFL's concussion protocol, which means there's at least one more hurdle that he needs to clear.
Fri Jan 2 201510:48As of Friday morning
As of Friday morning, Green is still under the NFL's concussion protocol, Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Green was scheduled to see a neurologist Friday morning, after returning to practice on Thursday as a partial participant. There will be at least one more update before the end of the day, as the Bengals have to release their final injury report Friday afternoon. Given that Green's still under the concussion protocol, a questionable designation seems likely. If the star wideout is ultimately unable to play against Indianapolis on Sunday, the leading candidates to see extra targets are Mohamed Sanu, Brandon Tate and Jermaine Gresham (back).
