In 19 2/3 innings, Vargas accumulated an ERA of 7.32 and a WHIP of 1.93. He'll wait and see if anyone claims him, but with plenty of other mediocre relievers out there, he's likely to find work hard to come by. His spot will be taken by Chris Capuano. | ||||||
