Lucas was waived by the Grizzlies on Thursday, 3 Shades of Blue reports.

Lucas was added to the roster Wednesday with the team short on bodies because of a stomach bug being passed around the locker room. It appears Beno Udrih will likely be ready soon, as the two Lucas has been released after just one day with the team.

Lucas was signed by the Grizzlies and is in uniform for Wednesday's game, 3 Shades of Blue reports.

Beno Udrih is out with a stomach virus, so there's a chance Lucas could get into Wednesday's game, although his role will be limited.

Lucas was waived by the Grizzlies on Sunday, Zach Thomas of Three Shades of Blue reports.

The former Michigan State standout was brought onboard last week but did not play in any of the three games for which he was on the roster. He'll likely look to catch on with another team in need of point guard depth, though the D-League looks like a more realistic option.

Lucas signed with the Grizzlies on Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lucas spent summer league and the preseason with the Grizzlies but was waived Oct. 25. He'll return to Memphis as insurance at the point guard spot with Mike Conley still battling a sprained ankle. Lucas averaged 15.1 points and 5.0 assists in 29 D-League games last season.

Lucas has agreed to a training camp deal with the Grizzlies, Sportando reports.

After averaging 13.9 points and 4.6 assists per game in the NBA D-League last season, Lucas averaged 8.3 points (48.0 FG, 33.3 3Pt, 87.5 FT), 2.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 0.5 steals in 16 minutes per game during four games with the Grizzlies' Orlando Summer League squad, and now he has a shot to make the team. With Nick Calathes suspended to start the season it's possible the Grizzlies are looking to add a third point guard behind Mike Conley and Beno Udrih, but regardless, Lucas likely won't warrant much consideration in fantasy and can be safely avoided on draft-day.
