Hagan, who finished Week 17's loss to the Colts with two catches for 16 yards, recorded 19 catches (on 33 targets) for 254 yards and a touchdown in 2014.

Hagan took on a bigger role once Justin Hunter went down with an injury but he still offered minimal fantasy value overall. The 30-year-old wideout will enter free agency ahead of the 2015 season.
