Cavaliers swingman Christian Eyenga, recently sent to the D-League, was ejected after getting two technical fouls in his first game with the Canton Charge.
Eyenga was reportedly sent down due to "questionable practice habits," and he's averaging a mere 8.3 points and 4.0 rebounds in his first four games. It's surprising after his impressive rookie campaign, when in 18 starts he averaged 8.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks in 26 minutes per game.

Cavs coach Byron Scott cited poor defensive play as the reason for Christian Eyenga receiving two consecutive DNP-CD in the month of April.
"I've made no bones about what we need to do on the defensive end," said Scott. "He has to understand that and get with the program." Eyenga saw some starts for the Cavs in February but his spotty defensive play was a clear liability.

Christian Eyenga was the only player warming up prior to Saturday's game when a man with a large knife ran onto the court -- Eyenga ran into the locker room, while the man was subdued and arrested after a 20-minute standoff with police.
Eyenga played in the game but had just two points and one rebound in 10 minutes, perhaps understandably shaken by the experience.
