GM Ryan Grigson indicated Monday that the Colts plan to "take a look at Bradshaw physically" when they bring him in for a visit.

Though Grigson referred to Bradshaw's visit as "a normal Tuesday workout," it's worth noting that Stephen Holder of the Indy Star relayed Monday that running back Frank Gore is day-to-day with a foot issue. Bradshaw's previous experience in the Colts' offense certainly works in his favor if the team does decide to bring him back in order to add backfield depth.

Bradshaw totaled 725 all-purpose yards and eight touchdowns in 10 games with the Colts prior to suffering a fractured fibula last season. Although he faces a one-game suspension for an offseason marijuana possession charge, Bradshaw's familiarity with the Colts' offense could help a rushing attack that currently ranks 26th league-wide.

Bradshaw, who suffered a fractured fibula last season, is completely healed, a source told Mike Wells of ESPN.

Bradshaw was effective in the Indianapolis offense (4.7 YPC and 38 receptions) last season, becoming the starter before missing six games with a fractured fibula. There hasn't been much offseason chatter about Bradshaw looking for a job, so this could indicate he's trying to sign with a team. If he does sign with a team, he'll miss one game due to an offseason suspension from the NFL for a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession.

Bradshaw has been suspended for one game by the NFL due to his May marijuana charge, Pro Football Talk reports.

Bradshaw pleaded no contest to the charge, and the league has accordingly suspended him. He remains a man without a team right now, and this won't help Bradshaw's cause as he looks to catch on with a franchise for the 2015-16 season.

Bradshaw pleaded no contest and paid a $351 fine to settle a misdemeanor count of marijuana possession in Preble County, Ohio, the Associated Press reports. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said that Bradshaw's case will be reviewed "under our policies."

It's not clear if Bradshaw will face a suspension since his status in the league's drug program is unknown. Bradshaw was effective in the Indianapolis offense last season and took over as the starting running back before missing six games with a fractured fibula. It was the second consecutive season he looked like an impact player with the Colts only to suffer a season-ending injury. He's missed 21 games the last three seasons due to injuries, but some team will likely take a chance on him given his production last year when healthy.

Bradshaw (ankle) was cited for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Thursday in Preble County, Ohio, 2 News WDTN Ohio reports.

Details are still relatively scarce, but Bradshaw was reportedly also cited for following too close, while the passenger in the vehicle was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession. Bradshaw, a impending free agent, is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 17. A fractured fibula ended Bradshaw's season in November but he said late last month that he had shed his cast and expected to resume working out in the near future.

Bradshaw -- who suffered a fractured fibula in Week 11 -- hopes to be able to resume working out soon, ESPN.com reports.

Per the report, Bradshaw -- whose leg had been in a cast -- is now sporting a walking boot. The veteran back -- who has been limited to a combined 13 games over the past two campaigns -- is slated to become a free agent this offseason, but he hopes to re-sign with the Colts.

Bradshaw (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

Bradshaw suffered a broken fibula in Sunday evening's loss to the Patriots, so it's no surprise to see him on the IR with his season likely over. The move clears up a needed roster spot for the Colts, who signed both return specialist Josh Cribbs and tight end Weslye Saunders on Tuesday. As far as their backfield goes, Trent Richardson appears likely to lead the charge, with Dan "Boom" Herron to serve in a complementary role.

According to The Indianapolis Star's Chappell, Bradshaw seems likely to miss extended time. The Colts have yet to provide an update, following Bradshaw's exit at the beginning of the fourth quarter. While nothing should be assumed until more information is available, Bradshaw's injury history is rather discouraging. If he does end up missing extended time, Trent Richardson and Noah Herron would likely get more touches. Richardson, as inefficient as he's been, may again find himself as the lead back in a high-powered offense.

Bradshaw left Sunday's game against the Patriots in the fourth quarter to have X-rays on his left ankle, Stephen Holder of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Bradshaw was shown limping to the locker room at the beginning of the fourth quarter, with no shoe on his left foot. He hasn't played 16 games since 2010, and while he does have a history of foot/ankle injuries, it was his right foot that primarily caused problems in recent years. An ankle injury is probably better news than a foot issue, but Bradshaw has been ruled out for the rest of the game, according to Stephen Holder of The Indianapolis Star. A serious injury would likely lead to an expansion of Trent Richardson's workload, with Dan Herron moving up to second on the depth chart. Bradshaw had four receptions for seven yards and seven carries for four yards when he left Sunday's game.

Bradshaw gained 50 yards on seven carries and 29 yards on three receptions in Monday's 40-24 win over the Giants.

Trent Richardson (hamstring) returned to his complementary role, finishing with 33 yards on seven carries and nine yards on two receptions. Bradshaw got most of the playing time in the first half, as the Colts had just four running-back carries before halftime, despite carrying a lead nearly all night. The fourth-quarter clock-killing work largely went to Dan Herron, who has a been a non-factor outside of garbage time this season. The team's pass-heavy approach has limited the carries given to both members of the running back tandem, but it has also helped to establish Bradshaw as the clearly preferred fantasy choice. While the stat line may not have been what he was looking for against his old team, Bradshaw was both explosive with the ball in his hands and impressive in pass protection. The Colts have a Week 10 bye, followed by a Week 11 matchup with a Patriots team that has been oddly inconsistent defending the run this season.

Bradshaw had six carries for 35 yards and a touchdown, while also catching seven passes (on seven targets) for 52 yards in Sunday's wild 51-34 loss at Pittsburgh.

Bradshaw saw such few carries because the Colts fell behind early, trailing 35-10 midway through the second quarter. Fellow RB Trent Richardson (hamstring) was active, but did not touch the ball, so it could have been a bigger game on the ground for Bradshaw, although PPR owners can't complain about seven catches. We'll guess that Richardson will be questionable next week, as Indianapolis will play Bradshaw's former team, the Giants.

Bradshaw will draw the start at running back for the Colts on Sunday against the Steelers, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Though teammate Trent Richardson is listed as active, it remains to be see how much work he might might see Sunday after not practicing all week. Meanwhile, Dan Herron is on hand to work in a complementary role in the team's Week 8 backfield. Bradshaw has earned fantasy relevance by racking up six receiving TDs and one rushing score in seven games to date, with added touches on Sunday plausible, given that Richardson is banged up.

Bradshaw had 10 carries for 52 rushing yards and a touchdown, as well as three catches on three targets for 36 yards and another score in Sunday's 27-0 win over the Bengals.

Bradshaw's rushing touchdown was his first this season, but his receiving score was his sixth, as he now leads all NFL running backs in receiving touchdowns. Bradshaw shockingly has five receiving touchdowns through six games, as he's proven quite adept at getting open near the front pylon in the flats. While he's a fairly talented receiver and could add a few more this year, he only had three touchdowns among his 139 career receptions coming into the season. Bradshaw is still getting a bit less of the early-down work than Trent Richardson, but the 28-year-old is the top option on passing downs for a team that throws the ball quite effectively.

Bradshaw finished Sunday's game versus the Ravens with 15 carries for 68 yards and four receptions for 17 yards.

Bradshaw's 15 carries Sunday marked a season-high, as did his 19 total touches. In comparison, teammate Trent Richardson was handed nine carries and caught four passes. The veteran Bradshaw led the Colts in rushing and his 4.5 yards per carry was boosted by a long-run of 20 yards. However, Sunday's performance ended Bradshaw's streak of three straight games with a receiving touchdown. Additionally, he still doesn't have a rushing score on the season. Nonetheless, Bradshaw should be encouraged by his expanded involvement Sunday and will now focus on preparing for Thursday's Week 6 game against the Texans.

Bradshaw (rest) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Bradshaw will continue to work in tandem with fellow running back Trent Richardson on Sunday. While Richardson has recorded more carries (61) than Bradshaw (34) through four games, Bradshaw has helped fantasy owners out thanks to his role in the team's passing game, which has led to 14 catches for 134 yards and four TDs to date.

Bradshaw (rest) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, the Colts' official site reports.

Bradshaw's Week 5 status looks secure and he'll continue to work in tandem with fellow running back Trent Richardson on Sunday. Though Richardson has logged more carries (61) than Bradshaw (34) to date, Bradshaw's efforts in the Colts' passing game have benefited fantasy owners to the tune of 14 catches for 134 yards and four TDs in four games.
