Fesenko agreed to a deal with Russia's Lokomotiv Kuban club earlier this summer, Shams Charania of RealGM reports.
Fesenko carved out a five-year career in the NBA before the 2011-12 lockout-shortened season. Afterward, he floundered in the D-League and spent time on international ballclubs. Over the last three seasons, he signed training camp deals with various teams, never lasting the entire preseason. Most recently, Fesenko joined the Timberwolves for the 2014 training camp, only to be released a week before the season. He averaged 14.6 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 26 minutes per game last year in the VTB United League, and an eventual return to the NBA appears unlikely at this juncture.

Kyrylo Fesenko will reportedly work out for the Hawks on Tuesday.
Fesenko was waived by the Bulls in training camp, but he wouldn't provide much to Atlanta. If signed, he'll merely be an insurance policy, and not a particularly appealing one at that.

Unrestricted FA Kyrylo Fesenko will work out for the Bulls on Monday.
Fesenko is the definition of a big body who would provide depth, but he offers very little on the court other than being a large human being. He's not on the fantasy radar.

Thu Sep 13 201208:51Report: Kyrylo Fesenko to work out for Spurs
Kyrylo Fesenko is scheduled to work out for the Spurs, a source tells Sports Illustrated.
Additionally, Fesenko "may work out in Cleveland soon thereafter." He was signed by the Pacers in March of last season and didn't contribute a lick while with the team. He played in three games, never eclipsed seven minutes and didn't log a single second in the playoffs. He's nothing more than a big body at the end of the bench.

Kyrylo Fesenko is not expected to travel with the Pacers for Saturday's game in Milwaukee.
