Finnegan has announced his retirement from the NFL, NFL.com reports.
The 31-year-old cornerback, who entered the league in 2006 as a seventh-round draft pick of the Titans, recorded 44 tackles in 12 games with Miami last season before being released by the team this offseason. He finishes his NFL career with a total of 645 tackles and 18 picks in 128 games.
