The journeyman appeared in 46 games for the Kings last season but hasn't averaged more than 15 minutes per game since the 2011-12 season when he was a member of the Cavaliers. With Marc Gasol and Brandan Wright firmly entrenched on the depth chart ahead of him, Hollins is unlikely to hold down a consistent role this season, but he's a capable player on both ends who provides insurance in case of an injury. The deal is non-guaranteed, however, so Hollins is far from a lock to make the opening night roster.

Hollins averaged 3.0 points, 2.2 rebounds, 0.4 blocks, 0.3 assists, and 0.1 steals in 10 minutes per game in 46 regular season games during the 2014-15 season.

The 30 year-old journeyman signed on with the Kings last summer, making it his seventh team in nine years. Hollins showed more of the same this season, a big man off the bench primarily used for his defense and size. He made nine spot starts this season, including a 15-point, six-rebound performance against the Spurs early in the season. Hollins is a free agent this summer, and will likely continue his role as a journeyman for any team looking to add size off the bench. He offers little-to-no fantasy value in standard leagues.

Hollins will start Wednesday's game against the Clippers, the Kings' official site reports.

With DeMarcus Cousin (calf) out Wednesday, Hollins will slot into the starting five next to Jason Thompson. In five nods this season, Hollins has averaged 5.3 points (on 56 percent shooting) and 3.5 rebounds in 19 minutes.

Hollins (back) did not see court time Monday against the Hawks in spite of his availability.

Hollins is averaging just 2.6 points and 2.2 rebounds this season, and it's hard to justify owning him in any league at this point.

Hollins (back) is listed as probable for Saturday's game in Washington, the Cowbell Kingdom reports.

After sitting out five games due to a bout with back spasms, Hollins is on course to make his return just one day later. Because Rudy Gay is dealing with a left petellar tendon strain, Hollins could build upon the 13.2 minutes per game that he logged in five post-break outings.

Hollins (back) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Wizards, James Ham of Cobwell Kingdom reports.

Hollins has been held out of the team's last five games with back spasms, and it could keep him sidelined for at least one more.

Hollins missed Friday's game with back spasms, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Keith Pompey reports.

This was not announced until midway through the game, but it explains why Hollins has not seen any run in any of the Kings' last five games. Consider him day-to-day going forward.

Hollins got the start for the injured DeMarcus Cousins (ankle), scoring just two points (1-5 FG, 0-2 FT) with five rebounds in 23 minutes.

Once Cousins is healthy, he'll obviously replace Hollins as the starter, but even as a starter, Hollins provides very limited appeal for standard league owners.
