Marlins sent RHP Jose Ceda outright to Triple-A New Orleans.

The 26-year-old missed most of the 2013 season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, tossing just four innings in the lowest levels of the minor leagues. Provided that he's fully healthy and ready for spring training, Ceda is a strong candidate to earn a spot in the Marlins bullpen.
