Floyd (concussion) had three receptions (on four targets) for 48 yards in Monday night's loss to the Steelers.
Floyd did not show any ill-effects from his concussion, but with Antonio Gates back in the mix and Keenan Allen still the top wideout, there wasn't too many balls thrown his way. He will look to have a bigger impact in Week 6 in what could be a shootout with the Packers.

Floyd (concussion) is listed as active for Monday night's game against the Steelers.
Floyd, who has eight catches for 167 yards and a TD through four games to date, is out there if you need him Monday, with his presence representing good news for the Chargers, who will be without the services of Stevie Johnson this week.

Floyd (concussion) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Steelers.
Floyd's status will not ultimately be determined until Monday due to his concussion, but he was able to practice fully this week despite suffering the injury in Week 4, so fantasy owners should anticipate him being ready to go Monday night.

Floyd (concussion) practiced fully Friday.
With back-to-back full practices under his belt this week, Floyd is trending toward a probable designation for Monday night's game against the Steelers.

Floyd (concussion) was listed as a full practice participant Thursday.
Floyd thus appears to be trending toward a probable designation for Monday night's game against the Steelers, in the absence of any setbacks.

Floyd (concussion) participated in individual drills Wednesday, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
That's encouraging, though we should have more on Floyd's Week 5 status Thursday, once the Chargers' first official injury report in advance of Monday's game against the Steelers is released.

Floyd was forced out of Sunday's game against the Browns due to a concussion.
Prior to his exit from the contest, Floyd -- who entered Sunday's action with seven catches for 147 yards and a TD in three games -- had caught one pass for 20 yards.

Floyd snatched up four of his seven targets for 63 yards in Sunday's game against the Vikings.
The veteran saw season-highs in targets, receptions and yardage as the Chargers were down big on the scoreboard in this one, but he still provided meager returns for fantasy owners. Floyd remains primarily as a deep threat and isn't seeing as many looks as he has in seasons past because of the variety of weapons the Chargers' offense possesses. Even with a favorable home matchup against the Browns looming in Week 4, Floyd's fantasy value remains limited.

Floyd had two receptions on four targets for 55 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's loss at Cincinnati.
The touchdown came from 40 yards out on a beautiful deep ball from Philip Rivers as the Charges were trying to mount a second consecutive second-half comeback. On the season, Floyd has only three receptions and seems pretty well buried in the wide receiver pecking order behind both Keenan Allen and Stevie Johnson, who have 17 and 11 receptions through two games respectively.

Floyd had one catch for 29 yards on Sunday in the San Diego's win over the Lions.
Floyd will most definitely see better days as this game belonged to Keenan Allen, who put up a monster 15-reception performance, but Floyd's upside this year is also limited by the addition of Stevie Johnson, who pulled in six catches in his Chargers' debut. Floyd will look to get more involved in Week 2 at Cincinnati.
Tue Jun 9 201520:36Floyd acknowledged that he plans to retire after 2015 season
Floyd acknowledged that he plans to retire after the 2015 season, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Floyd is in the final year of his contract and will turn 34 in September, so it doesn't qualify as much of a surprise that the finish line is drawing near. He's had difficulty staying healthy for most of his career, but 2014 was one of the few exceptions, as he suited up for all 16 of the Chargers games, while reeling in 52 passes for 826 yards and six touchdowns. The Chargers added Steve Johnson to their receiving corps in the offseason, but Floyd still appears on track to open his final season in a starting role opposite Keenan Allen.

Floyd had three receptions on eight targets for 29 yards and no touchdowns in Sunday's season ending loss at Kansas City.
With Keenan Allen missing this game, you would have thought that Floyd could have done more, but both Eddie Royal and Dontrelle Inman had better games. Floyd had a solid season as the number two wide receiver in San Diego, catching 52 balls for 856 yards and six touchdowns.

Floyd had four receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 38-35 overtime victory over the 49ers.
With Keenan Allen out, Floyd was targeted 10 times, his highest total of the season. Allen may be out next week as well, but Floyd will be working against a Chiefs defense that has been outstanding at shutting down opposing wide receivers this season.

Floyd caught 3-of-7 targets for 34 yards in Sunday's loss to the Broncos.
Floyd had a disappointing performance, given that Keenan Allen was knocked out of the game with an ankle injury. In Floyd's defense, he primarily had to deal with CB Aqib Talib, who played well Sunday, intercepting a Philip Rivers' pass at one point. If Allen is unable to play next week at San Francisco, Floyd would likely see a bump in targets, although the 49ers have defended the pass well all season.

Floyd caught 3-of-6 targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-14 loss to the Patriots.
Floyd made a diving, 15-yard touchdown catch at the beginning of the second quarter, and he later had a 28-yard grab in the third quarter. He's recorded between five and seven targets in each of the last eight games, heading into a Week 15 matchup with the Broncos.

Floyd had four receptions on five targets for 30 yards and did not score a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Rams.
Floyd's solid yards per catch average took a bit of a hit in this game as Philip Rivers didn't make as many deep throws as he typically does. Floyd will look to get it going again next week at Baltimore against a suspect secondary.

Floyd caught 4-of-6 targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 13-6 win over the Raiders.
Floyd scored on a 22-yard touchdown in the first minute, but was relatively quiet for the remainder of the game. He did have a pretty 24-yard, over-the-shoulder catch wiped out by penalty at one point in the first half. Floyd doesn't see as many looks as youngster Keenan Allen, who had 13 targets Sunday, but the veteran wideout has been one of the best deep threats in the league this season, averaging close to 19 yards per catch. Next week, he'll face a Rams' defense that has been mediocre against the pass.

Floyd had four catches on five targets for 60 yards in Sunday's 37-0 loss at Miami.
The Chargers were absolutely dominated in the game, with quarterback Philip Rivers completing only 12 of 23 passes while getting picked off three times before leaving the game late in the third quarter with a hand injury. Kellen Clemens took over and threw only three passes the rest of the game, which certainly limited Floyd's garbage-time production. Floyd has now posted fewer than 65 yards in three straight games, with his five-catch, 103-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 6 against the Raiders far off in the distance. The good news for fantasy owners is that the Chargers will face that Raiders defense in Week 11 after their Week 10 bye.

Floyd (shoulder) returned to Thursday's game against the Broncos, finishing with four catches for 58 yards on seven targets.
Floyd was deemed probable to return after suffering the injury in the third quarter, and he quickly made his way back into the game. He caught two passes for 42 yards before the injury, with another two receptions for 16 yards in the fourth quarter. Floyd was targeted on a few deep plays, including one that ended with a game-clinching interception by Broncos safety Rahim Moore. Though he's mostly just a deep threat, Floyd does have seven targets in each of the last three games, after averaging 3.4 through the first five weeks of the season.

Floyd left Thursday's game against the Broncos with a shoulder injury but is probable to return, Ricky Henne of Chargers.com reports.
Floyd hurt himself while making a fantastic 26-yard catch in the third quarter, and he left for the locker room shortly thereafter. He's apparently expected to return, but if for some reason he doesn't, Seyi Ajirotutu and/or Dontrelle Inman will see added snaps. Floyd
