Suggs had two tackles (both solo) and a sack in Sunday's 48-17 win over the Buccaneers.
Suggs was also credited with a game-high four quarterback hits, and while the statistics indicate otherwise, he's been one of Baltimore's best defensive players this season. Of course, once you're known as a pass rusher, most judgement seems to rely on sacks. Those almighty sacks should eventually come, as Suggs is still a load for offensive tackles to handle.

Wed Jun 18 201420:18Terrell Suggs admits he added to many lbs.
Ravens OLB Terrell Suggs admits he added too much weight down the stretch of last season, adversely affecting his performance.
It's just the latest example of an NFL player admitting his play declined after gaining weight. (For fantasy projection purposes, it's notable Andre Ellington and Ryan Mathews have gained weight this offseason.) Suggs managed 20 tackles and one sack over last year's final eight games. He had 60 tackles and nine sacks in the season's first half. Suggs turns 32 this October.

Sun Feb 16 201422:32Ravens extend OLB Suggs in cap-saving move
The Ravens have reached a contract extension with OLB Terrell Suggs that saves the team salary cap space.
The new deal has been "verbally" agreed to, and Suggs will sign it on Monday morning. Details of the extension/restructure are unavailable, but under Suggs' old contract he was due a hefty $7.8 million base salary entering a contract year. That salary is likely to be chopped significantly, with Suggs losing little or no money and getting most or all of the rest back via a "signing" bonus. His previous 2014 salary cap charge was a whopping $12.4 million.

The Baltimore Sun reports the Ravens are "making progress" in contract talks with Terrell Suggs.
Suggs has one year remaining on his current deal and is set to count $12.4 million against the cap next season. Tue Dec 31 201314:21Suggs may need to take pay cut from Ravens
The Baltimore Sun believes Terrell Suggs will need to restructure his contract or take a pay cut to remain with the Ravens.
Suggs is set to count $12.4 million against the salary cap in the final year of his deal. The Ravens don't have much cap space to spare. After registering nine sacks in his first eight games of 2013, Suggs' play fell off dramatically as he notched just one sack over the second half of the season. The Ravens would save $7.8 million against the 2014 cap by cutting Suggs.
