Tejeda disappointed in 2008 and 2009, but he came through with a nice .305/.342/.453 season as a 20-year-old in high-A ball last season. He'll be one of the Eastern League's youngest players this year, and while he doesn't have a ton of upside, he might eventually surface as a regular at second base. | ||||||
