Mon Jun 19 202312:29Stephen Ridings Moves Rehab To Triple-A
New York Mets relief pitcher Stephen Ridings (lat) remains on the 60-day injured list, but he moved his minor-league rehab assignment from Single-A St. Lucie to Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday. In four outings (two starts) for St. Lucie and Syracuse so far on his rehab assignment, Ridings has allowed one run on two hits while walking none and striking out six in four innings of work. The 27-year-old right-hander is still looking to make his debut for the Mets after making five relief appearances for the New York Yankees back in 2021. Ridings will provide the Mets with some bullpen depth once he's fully healthy and recovered from his lat strain.
