Constanza signed a minor-league deal with the Rays on Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Released by the Braves earlier this year, Constanza played in 41 games with the Reds' Triple-A affiliate in Louisville earlier this season before getting his walking papers again. He then landed in independent ball, playing with the York Revolution of the Atlantic League. Constanza doesn't seem likely to see any time in the majors this season.

He packs little-to-no power, as evidenced by his seven home runs in 10 minor league seasons, but Constanza should see a few starts and opportunities as a pinch runner over the remainder of the regular season.
