The Chicago White Sox officially reinstated outfielder Eloy Jimenez (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list on Friday and placed third baseman Yoan Moncada (back) on the 10-day IL (retroactive to April 11) with lower back soreness in a corresponding move. The team also recalled left-hander Tanner Banks from Triple-A Charlotte, optioned right-hander Jesse Scholtens to Charlotte, claimed infielder/outfielder Nick Solak off waivers from the Seattle Mariners and optioned him to Charlotte and moved righty Matt Foster (forearm) to the 60-day IL. Jimenez wasn't hitting very well in a small sample size before his injury, but he's hitting cleanup on Friday in his return to the lineup and needs to be rostered in all fantasy leagues. With Moncada out, expect Hanser Alberto and Jake Burger to continue splitting time at the hot corner.
