CLEVELAND (AP) — A person familiar with the trade says the Cavaliers have agreed to re-acquire guard Matthew Dellavedova from Milwaukee, and also are getting forward John Henson and two draft picks in 2021 from the Bucks in exchange for guard George Hill and forward Sam Dekker.The swap, which will bring the popular Dellavedova back to Cleveland, is pending league approval and could be finalized Friday night, said the person who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the teams have not yet had the conference call with NBA officials.The first-round pick in 2021 is protected, the person said.Hill recently returned after missing 11 games with a shoulder injury. The Sixers said the specialists have identified a compression or irritation in the area between the lower neck and upper chest. Physical therapy was recommended for Fultz before returning to play.Fultz's representatives informed the Sixers last month that the guard would be shut down until he had been examined by specialists.Fultz was the No. 1 pick of the 2017 draft. OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Thunder guard Andre Roberson has had another setback while rehabbing his left knee injury and he will miss at least another six weeks.The team said Roberson had a basketball workout on Thursday and felt discomfort when he came down from jumping. An MRI showed a small avulsion fracture in his left knee. The Thunder said Friday he will be re-evaluated after the six weeks.Roberson, an NBA all-defense second-team selection during the 2016-17 season, initially suffered a ruptured patellar tendon in the knee in January and missed the second half of last season.
