Tue Dec 4 201222:21Malcolm Lee perfect in return from groin
Malcolm Lee returned from a groin injury and hit all four of his shots and both 3-pointers for 10 points, two rebounds and one assist in 19 minutes.
More minutes would have been nice in the blowout, while Alexey Shved and J.J. Barea both caught fire tonight. While Lee will be worth keeping an eye on as long as he's starting, Shved and Barea are much better fantasy options.

No surprise here. Lee was back at practice on Monday, and Rick Adelman said that he likes Alexey Shved coming off the bench. Lee is averaging 18 minutes per game, but has just 4.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists to show for it.

Sun Dec 2 201214:11Malcolm Lee doesn't practice on Sunday
Malcolm Lee (groin) did not practice on Sunday.
Lee was a late scratch on Friday with a groin injury that also bothered him a month ago. His absence has really opened things up for rookie Alexey Shved and J.J. Barea will also pick up some extra minutes. Lee is not on the radar in standard leagues.

Fri Nov 30 201220:23Malcolm Lee (groin) a late scratch Friday
Malcolm Lee (groin) was a late scratch on Friday and will not play.
Lee dealt with a groin issue back in October, so there's a good chance that this could be an aggravated issue. J.J. Barea, Luke Ridnour and Alexey Shved should collectively pick up a few extra minutes and get a slight boost. Lee can be left on the waiver wire in all leagues.

Malcolm Lee (leg cramps) returned to action in Friday's loss to the Warriors, but went scoreless in 19 minutes in another start at shooting guard.
This is a far cry from his outing on Wednesday, as he missed both of his shot attempts and had just one rebound and two assists. He'll need to string together a few nice games before fantasy owners look in his direction.

Mon Nov 12 201219:34Lee to start at shooting guard on Monday
Malcolm Lee will start at shooting guard for injured Brandon Roy (knee) on Monday against the Mavs.
Barring a big surprise, Lee will function more as a placeholder to keep Alexey Shved with the second unit in order to maintain continuity, and maybe to defend O.J. Mayo a little bit. Look for Shved and Luke Ridnour to play heavy minutes tonight, while Lee is only worth a look as a spot-play in deep formats.

Thu Oct 4 201217:34Lee held out of practice with groin issue
Malcom Lee (groin) was held out of Thursday's practice.
Lee was dealing with knee issues and it kept him out of the summer league, but earlier this week he said his knee was back to 100 percent. He's not quite worth drafting and will likely need the oft-injured Brandon Roy to miss time in order to have fantasy value.

Mon Oct 1 201214:35Malcolm Lee's knee feels '100 percent' better
Wolves G Malcolm Lee said his knee feels "100 percent" healthy entering training camp.
The injury forced Lee to sit out of Summer League, but he's ready to prove to coach Rick Adelman that he can handle backup SG minutes behind Brandon Roy. Given the state of Roy's knee there is some upside for Lee this season, though he could also be squeezed out by Adelman's small-ball pairings of guys like Ricky Rubio, Luke Ridnour and J.J. Barea.
