Sun Mar 30 201423:56Jermaine O'Neal grabs 12 boards in start
Jermaine O'Neal started at center on Sunday with Andrew Bogut (bruised hip) unavailable, finishing with eight points, 12 rebounds and two blocks in 29 minutes.
Six of O'Neal's rebounds came on the offensive end, helping the Warriors win the rebound battle 46-40. They also held the Knicks to 40.0 percent shooting, but not a single Warriors player made at least half of his field goals and as a team they were a putrid 35.4 percent from the field. O'Neal should earn a few more starts with Bogut expected to miss 4-7 days, and he's worth a look if you need rebounds and blocks.

Sun Mar 23 201401:40Jermaine O'Neal returns with 9-7-2
Jermaine O'Neal hit 3-of-6 shots for nine points, seven rebounds and two blocks on Saturday.
As long as Andrew Bogut is healthy, O'Neal will struggle to put up great numbers. Bogut has played 27 minutes in each of his last two games and the Warriors only play twice in the upcoming week.

Fri Mar 21 201401:53Jermaine O'Neal did not play on Thursday
Jermaine O'Neal did not play against the Bucks on Thursday.
He was only an emergency option and the Warriors didn't need him with Andrew Bogut back in the lineup. O'Neal has been a great story and a real treat to watch in post-game interviews all year, but he's not worth owning in almost any league.

Thu Mar 20 201421:04Jermaine O'Neal is available on Thursday
Jermaine O'Neal will be available for Thursday's game vs. the Bucks, but is not a lock to play.
He sat out on Tuesday and the Warriors may get him back in the fold tonight. His playing time hinges on Andrew Bogut (ankle) playing and there should be a decision on his status shortly. O'Neal is not a fantasy option as it stands right now.

Wed Mar 19 201402:57Jermaine O'Neal out Tues., doubtful Thurs.
Jermaine O'Neal was held out for rest on Tuesday and Mark Jackson said after the game he doesn't plan to use him on Thursday against the Bucks, either.
O'Neal and his ancient legs can use all the rest they can get, so the move makes sense for the post season.

Sat Mar 8 201401:34O'Neal goes for 17 and eight vs. Hawks
Jermaine O'Neal scored 17 points on 5-of-8 shooting with eight rebounds and one block in 19 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Hawks.
The Warriors rolled in this game and O'Neal did his damage against a reeling Hawks team with no depth. Unless your league has a category for postgame interviews, he can be ignored in most formats.

Wed Mar 5 201423:16Jermaine O'Neal quiet again on Wednesday
Jermaine O'Neal played just 12 minutes and had seven points, four rebounds and a block in Wednesday's easy win over the Celtics.
There was no reason to keep him on the court tonight, as the Celtics didn't even bother to show up. However, that makes a missed game and two duds over his last three, as it would appear that O'Neal's run is over. Andrew Bogut played 24 minutes and had four points, eight rebounds, a steal and three blocks in the easy win.

Tue Mar 4 201423:27Jermaine O'Neal returns stateside, scores 7
Jermaine O'Neal returned from a one-game absence against the Pacers on Tuesday with seven points, four boards, one assist and two blocks in 30 minutes.
He missed Sunday's game in Toronto due to a passport issue and looked fresh tonight. O'Neal has been a great story as a team leader and the Warriors may ask him to play more minutes on Wednesday with Andrew Bogut possibly at less than 100 percent right now.

Mon Mar 3 201410:03Jermaine O'Neal will return to action Tuesday
Jermaine O'Neal, who missed Sunday's game due to a passport issue, will join the Warriors for Tuesday's game in Indiana.
It seems J.O. either misplaced his passport or had it stolen before the Warriors traveled to Toronto, and there wasn't enough time to secure a replacement before Sunday's early tip-off. He's averaging 11.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks since the All-Star break, though Andrew Bogut's return has cut into his playing time of late.

Sun Mar 2 201415:11Jermaine O'Neal out Sunday w/ passport issues
Jermaine O'Neal will sit out Sunday's game in Toronto due to issues with his passport.
It seems odd that J.O. and the Warriors wouldn't have seen this coming, but a day of rest isn't exactly a bad thing for the oft-injured veteran. He's been surprisingly effective lately, averaging 15.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks over the past four games, and he should at least be on the radar for owners in need of a productive center.

Wed Feb 26 201423:36Jermaine O'Neal's minutes come back down
Jermaine O'Neal played 16 minutes against the Bulls on Wednesday with nine points, five boards and one block.
The Warriors are going to want to keep his minutes in the teens after giving him a whopping 31.7 per game over his previous three. O'Neal can cut loose after a surprisingly nice run.

Wed Feb 26 201419:39Davie Lee back, but Jermaine O'Neal starts
David Lee is expected to return from a bout with a nasty flu virus, but Jermaine O'Neal will start at power forward for the Warriors.
Lee was in the hospital for 36 hours and surely isn't back at 100 percent yet. O'Neal could play well tonight if Lee is limited, but once Lee and Andrew Bogut are back at 100 percent, O'Neal may have trouble finding enough minutes to put up the numbers his owners have gotten used to over the past few games.

Mon Feb 24 201422:01Jermaine O'Neal starts at PF, double-doubles
Jermaine O'Neal was terrific in a start at power forward on Monday with 16 points, 10 boards, two assists and three blocks on 6-of-8 shooting vs. the Pistons.
He's one of the best stories in the NBA right now. O'Neal couldn't stay healthy for the past three seasons and he's looked great since returning from his wrist injury on Wednesday. In those four, he's averaged 11.0 points, 9.3 boards and 1.3 blocks on 58.6 percent from the field. JO is not going to be this good and the injury risk makes him more of a waiver-wire target in deep leagues.

Mon Feb 24 201419:19Jermaine O'Neal to start at PF on Monday
Jermaine O'Neal will start at power forward on Monday vs. the Pistons.
He must have found the Fountain of Youth or something after playing big minutes in his last two games and still being able to start. O'Neal is a risky play in most formats and Draymond Green should still get plenty of minutes off the bench.

Sun Feb 23 201401:32Jermaine O'Neal blows up for 23 & 13
Jermaine O'Neal hit 10-of-13 shots for season highs of 23 points and 13 rebounds in Saturday's win over the Nets.
He hadn't scored more than 11 points since returning from his wrist injury, but did have 10 rebounds and two blocks in his previous game. He may continue to start for some time with Andrew Bogut still not back after having a poor reaction to his first cortisone shot in his shoulder recently, but if you roll the dice on O'Neal, we doubt he'll be this good again this season.

Fri Feb 21 201402:09Jermaine O'Neal has a huge block late in win
Jermaine O'Neal had a game-sealing block against Chandler Parsons on Thursday, finishing with two points, 10 boards and two blocks in 37 minutes.
The Warriors really needed him on defense tonight and he did not disappoint. There's no way they're naive enough to play him big minutes because it will inevitably lead to an injury for the 35-year-old center. O'Neal can be left on the wire in most leagues even with Andrew Bogut (shoulder) in doubt for the weekend.

Thu Feb 20 201403:20Jermaine O'Neal quiet in start for Warriors
Jermaine O'Neal started at center on Wednesday but had just three points, four rebounds and zero blocks in 16 minutes.
Now that he's back from his wrist injury he could continue to get starts with Andrew Bogut's shoulder injury, but the more minutes he gets, the better the chances he ends up getting hurt again. Keep an eye on him, but don't plan on him being very reliable, even when starting.

Wed Feb 19 201414:12Jermaine O'Neal will start vs. Kings on Wed.
Jermaine O'Neal (wrist) will start against the Kings on Wednesday.
Andrew Bogut is out and JO will return from his two-game absence tonight. The Warriors played him 31 minutes in his last game before injury, so they might not want to be that aggressive with his playing this time around. Draymond Green and Marreese Speights will also help alleviate the loss of Bogut tonight.

Tue Feb 18 201413:07Jermaine O'Neal returns to practice Monday
Jermaine O'Neal (wrist) was back at practice on Monday, clearing the way for him to play in Sacramento on Wednesday.
J.O. may have a bigger role than usual with Andrew Bogut (shoulder) still questionable to play, and Marreese Speights should also earn a chunk of minutes at center. O'Neal's health is always tenuous but when he's active he can chip in enough rebounds and blocks to help deep-league owners.
