Thu Aug 5 202123:03Tyler Stephenson Leaves Thursday's Game Early
Tyler Stephenson (hamstring) exited Thursday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates with a cramp in his hamstring, according to Bobby Nightengale of the Enquirer. Before he left, he was 1-for-3 with a strikeout. Stephenson's been a productive hitter this season, slashing .283/.372/.418 with six home runs across 88 games. He will go for further testing tonight to get a better idea of how much time, if any, he will have to miss. Stephenson is a good option for two catcher leagues, and fantasy managers rostering him should check back in when there's more info on the situation.
