It's unclear how long Bart will be out, and the 26-year-old is considered day-to-day. Roberto Perez started in Bart's place on Saturday and would draw another start if Bart cannot go Sunday. Perez is 1-for-6 over two games this season and is mainly an option in NL-Only leagues.

St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Ryan Helsley allowed two hits while striking out two across 1 2/3 innings to earn the save in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. He entered the eighth inning with runners on first and second base. The 28-year-old recorded two outs and escaped the eighth-inning jam. During the ninth frame, he allowed hits to Kevin Kiermaier and Bo Bichette before getting Daulton Varsho to pop out to seal the Cardinals' victory. It was his first save of the season. Helsley bounced back on Saturday after blowing the save and taking the loss on Thursday after allowing two runs on two hits and one walk in the Opening Day loss to the Blue Jays. Helsley is the Cardinals' primary closer and is a must-start in all league formats.

Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Devin Williams allowed two hits while striking out two over a scoreless inning to earn the save during Saturday's 3-1 win over the Chicago Cubs. He allowed a pair of singles to start the ninth inning but settled down by getting Cody Bellinger to ground into a double play and strike out Miles Mastrobuoni to seal the victory. It was his first save of the season. The 28-year-old struck out 87 batters while racking up 15 saves for the Brewers in 2022. Williams is Milwaukee's primary closer and a must-start in all league formats.

Los Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon (knee) could miss Sunday's game against the A's after getting treatment on his left knee following Saturday's win over Oakland. The 32-year-old crashed into the tarp during Saturday's victory and was getting treatment on his left knee after the game. Rendon's knee issue is not considered severe. He went 0-for-3 with an RBI before being pulled from Saturday's game for precautionary reasons. Fantasy managers should check back on Sunday to see if Rendon is in the lineup before inserting him into their starting lineups. David Fletcher will start at third base if Rendon misses Sunday's contest and is mainly an option in AL-Only or deep-league formats.

Atlanta Braves right-hander Kyle Wright (shoulder) is scheduled for a rehab start Wednesday for Triple-A Gwinnett. The 27-year-old was placed on the injured list earlier in the week due to right shoulder inflammation. If all goes well with his rehab outing on Wednesday, he will miss a few turns in the rotation and could come off the injured list when first eligible. Wright posted a 3.19 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, and a 174:53 K: BB across 180 1/3 innings in 2022. Jared Shuster will continue to fill in Atlanta's rotation while Wright is sidelined. The Braves No. 10 prospect, Shuster, can be used as a streamer in a favorable matchup against the Nationals on Sunday.

Houston Astros right-hander Hector Neris allowed one run on two hits and a walk while striking out two across 1 1/3 innings to pick up the save in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Chicago White Sox. Astros closer Ryan Pressly (illness) was under the weather and unavailable for Saturday's game. Chicago scored a run off Neris through an RBI single by Eloy Jimenez. The 33-year-old shook it off and struck out Yoan Moncada in the ninth frame to seal the win. Pressly is expected to return to the mound soon, while Neris will return to his usual setup role. Neris is mainly worth rostering in leagues that account for the category saves and holds.

Minnesota Twins right-hander Jorge Lopez picked up a save in a 2-0 win over the Kansas City Royals on Saturday. Lopez fired a scoreless ninth inning while striking out one, needing just eight pitches to send KC down in order. The Twins utilized Jhoan Duran in the ninth inning on Opening Day back on Thursday but Duran reportedly felt stiff on Saturday after sleeping "weirdly". The Twins opted to give Duran the day off, paving the way for Lopez to see his first save chance of the young season. Duran should see the majority of the save chances in Minnesota but Lopez could also work into the mix throughout the year. Duran remains the reliever to roster in fantasy.

Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe (toe) was pulled from Saturday's meeting with the Tigers because of a right great toe injury. Although it's being reported the 28-year-old has a contusion, he'll likely undergo some testing. However, Lowe may avoid a trip to the injured list if that's all it is. Nevertheless, he would finish with one hit and a walk before being replaced by Isaac Paredes, who may be in line for more work moving ahead.

Houston Astros Closer Ryan Pressly (illness) is "under the weather," according to manager Dusty Baker. The skipper reported the 34-year-old was unavailable for Friday or Saturday's wins over the White Sox, resulting in Rafael Montero and Hector Neris each picking up saves. The Astros will cap off the four-game series with Chicago on Sunday before heading home to begin a three-game homestand against Detroit on Monday. However, it's anyone's guess when Pressly will return.

Seattle Mariners infielder Tommy La Stella will return to the starting lineup on Saturday against the Guardians. He wasn't in the lineup on Friday night in the second of four meetings with Cleveland. However, the 34-year-old will be back for this one, serving as the designated hitter and batting seventh. La Stella went 0-for-3 on opening day and isn't expected to be a productive fantasy option in 2023, meaning fantasy managers should keep him out of the lineup on Saturday. Even better, he should be left off fantasy rosters entirely.

Seattle Mariners catcher Tom Murphy will start and bat eighth on Saturday against Cleveland. Cal Raleigh was behind home plate the last two games and collected two hits and two RBI in eight at-bats. However, he won't be in the starting lineup for this one, although he'll presumably return on Sunday to cap off the series with the Guardians. Of course, Murphy will have a tough time filling the void left by Raleigh, so fantasy managers should look for another catcher on Saturday evening.

Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Kyle Bradish is scheduled to make his season debut against the Texas Rangers on Monday. He'll be the team's fourth starter with Tyler Wells getting the nod as the fifth starter on Tuesday. Bradish was hit-or-miss during his outings in spring training. He does have the stuff to succeed in the MLB, but hasn't quite put it all together yet. That being said, fantasy managers should take a wait-and-see approach here. Bradish is probably worth avoiding during his season debut against a tough Rangers lineup.

Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Max Fried (hamstring) will require a trip to the injured list, according to manager Brian Snitker. The left-hander suffered a left hamstring strain during Thursday's contest. It sounds like the team plans to wait until Fried's next scheduled start before officially placing him on the injured list. Bryce Elder or Ian Anderson will likely be asked to take the mound in his place. The Braves will likely wait until closer to Fried's scheduled start before making the decision. It's also worth noting that Kyle Wright is eligible to return in mid-April, which could ease the loss of Fried.

Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Ranger Suarez (elbow) threw a bullpen session on Friday. Afterwards, Suarez felt fine and is scheduled to throw another bullpen session on Monday. The 27-year-old was placed on the injured list earlier this week due to a left elbow strain. It's going to take multiple weeks for Suarez to get back to full health. The team needs him to regain his arm strength and work up his pitch count before they let him back on the mound. In the meantime, Matt Strahm will likely continue making starts for Philly.

Colorado Rockies third baseman Mike Moustakas is set to make his season debut against the San Diego Padres on Saturday. The left-handed slugger sat out the first two games of the regular season. Now, Moustakas will bat seventh and serve as the designated hitter against right-hander Michael Wacha. The 34-year-old didn't offer much upside with his bat last season. That being said, fantasy managers shouldn't have high hopes for Moustakas to be a fantasy contributor. Although, Colorado would be the place for Moustakas to have a bounce back year, if one was to happen.

Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Kyle Lewis is set to bat leadoff against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday. He'll serve as the designated hitter versus left-hander Clayton Kershaw. Lewis is off to a hot start to the season after hitting a go-ahead two-run home run during Friday's contest. The former Rookie of the Year was acquired by the Diamondbacks earlier this offseason. He's expected to be a key piece to this team, assuming he can stay healthy.

Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Robbie Ray (hip) has been placed on the 15-day injured list. This is bad news after Ray struggled during his season debut. The left-hander allowed five runs (three earned) with four hits and five walks allowed on Friday. As of now, the Mariners haven't announced how long Ray is going to be sidelined. In the meantime, they've recalled left-hander Gabe Speier from Triple-A. However, he's expected to pitch out of the bullpen until the Mariners figure out how to fill their void in the starting rotation. This is obviously a blow to fantasy managers who took Ray early in drafts.

Givens compiled a 4.79 ERA in 19 games last season while adding 20 strikeouts. That said, he's unlikely to make a difference on the fantasy end when he returns unless his role changes.

According to manager Gabe Kapler, San Francisco Giants outfielder Mitch Haniger (oblique) will be re-evaluated next weekend. The veteran began the season on the 10-day injured list because of an oblique strain. However, Kapler hopes to have him back after "a week of games." Haniger signed a three-year, $43.5 million deal in the offseason after spending the last five years in Seattle. He finished the 2022 campaign with a .246/.308/.429 slash line, 34 RBI, and 11 home runs (65 strikeouts). Blake Sabol should see more action in the outfield until Haniger can return, with the 25-year-old going without a hit in the opening-day loss to the New York Yankees.
