He will take on the Philadelphia Phillies next time out and remains a quality fantasy option in mixed leagues.

Mahle struck out five and walked two, with the big blow coming in the form of a three-run homer off of Mitch Garver's bat. The veteran hurler now has an 8-3 record, 3.86 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, and 138 strikeouts over 116 2/3 innings of work. Mahle got off to an excellent start this season but he hasn't been quite as sharp of late, posting a 4.46 ERA over his past seven starts. He will look to pick up his ninth win next time through the rotation when he faces off against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Mahle's record improves to 8-3, to go along with a 3.71 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, and 133 strikeouts over 111 2/3 innings of work. Mahle will face off against the Minnesota Twins next time through the rotation. He needs to stay active in fantasy lineups for that contest.
