Blandino is slashing .314/.397/.442 with four home runs and five stolen bases in 200 plate appearances with High-A Daytona.

The Florida State League plays pretty fair for hitters and pitchers, so these numbers are legitimate. The 22-year-old shortstop should be challenged with a promotion to Double-A sometime this summer and could factor into the Reds' big league plans as early as next season.
