Bolsinger allowed two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out six in 4.2 innings against the Cubs on Wednesday.

Heading into the bottom of the fifth with a 4-0 lead, Bolsinger gave up two runs before being replaced by J.P. Howell with one on and two outs. He has been simply incredible in his four starts, as he hasn't given up more than one run in an outing yet. Bolsinger's ownership percentage is going to skyrocket in fantasy leagues after this start, so the time to make a move on him is now. His next start will be Friday, when the Dodgers travel to St. Louis.

Still, if Bolsinger struggles, the Dodgers may opt to go back to Joe Wieland.

As expected, Bolsinger will come up from Triple-A Oklahoma City to make the start Tuesday. The team is yet to officially recall him, but that move should come Tuesday morning. Bolsinger made one start for the Dodgers earlier this season, allowing only one run while striking out five over 5.2 innings.

It seems that he will be replaced in the Dodgers' rotation by either Joe Wieland or Scott Baker. There were conflicting reports Friday about which of those two pitchers will be making a start this weekend for the Dodgers, but it certainly won't be Bolsinger. That said, he was fine in his one start for the Dodgers this year, and could make another spot start sometime down the line.

The Dodgers acquired Bolsinger from Arizona on Saturday night in exchange for cash considerations, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Bolsinger spent the majority of 2014 at Triple-A Reno, but he did pitch in 10 games (nine starts) for the Diamondbacks, going 1-6 with a 5.50 ERA. The right-hander will provide some rotational depth for the Dodgers, who added him to their 40-man roster.

Bolsinger was designated for assignment Thursday, Nick Piecoro of AZ Central Sports reports.

Bolsinger spent the majority of the season at Triple-A Reno, where he posted a 3.93 ERA and 1.353 WHP across 91.2 cumulative innings. He made 10 appearances, including nine starts, for the Diamondbacks, struggling to a 1-6 record with a 5.50 ERA.
