Triunfel, who turns 22 in February, batted .281/.332/.383 with six homers, 45 RBI and a .715 OPS over 550 plate appearances this season between Double- and Triple-A. It was a no-brainer to add him to the 40-man roster, but he has faded as a top prospect since suffering a gruesome injury to his left leg in April of 2009. | ||||||
